What are common items needed to apply for a loan?

  • 2019 1040’s – (or 2017 if 19 not filed) with any year end income statements W2’s, 1099’s etc.
  • 2018 1040’s with any year end income statements W2’s, 1099’s etc.
  • 30 days of paystubs or income proof
  • 60 days of asset statements (Bank and Retirement)
  • Copy of your Driver’s License
  • Copy of any mortgage statements
  • Copy of any homeowner’s insurance
